Robert Millard has been working as a professional photographer since 1981. His Photography of the performing arts has appeared in many of the world's best known publications including TIME, Newsweek, PEOPLE, the Los Angeles Times, the London Times, Opera News, the Christian Science Monitor, Performing Arts Magazine. His client list includes the Los Angeles Opera, Opera A la Carte, the Los Angeles Master Chorale, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Hollywood Bowl, PolyGram, Warner Bros. and Blue Note Records.
Mr. Millard's work is distributed world wide by the ZUMA
Press photo agency and the Performing Arts Library - an
international photo agency based in London, England. Robert's work has been shown at the Canon Gallery, Flux
Gallery in Los Angeles and the Pasadena Art Space. His work is available
through the Josephus Daniels Gallery in Carmel and the F-Stop Gallery in
Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Millard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from California State University at San Jose and an Associate of Arts degree in Photography from Foothill College. He has also done additional studies in photography at The Art Center College of Design and workshops with The Friends of Photography. |
